Elan Wayne Thunderfeet grew up in Ontario. At the age of 15 he was inspired to write his own hip hop lyrics. From the beginning he had a natural gift and love for the craftmanship of hip hop, and this only continued to deepen as he learned and studied the masters of the genre. As he matured his music took on a more personal tone. It became a safe outlet, to reflect on his life and his place in the world.

In the fall of 2016, Elan moved to Victoria BC. Shortly after he began performing his music for the first time. He worked his way up from performing at open mics to fundraisers and private events, eventually performing at OtherWorld Festival, Raw Artist’s Stellar Showcase at Capital Ballroom, and the Extinction Rebellion Global Climate Strike Victoria in 2019. Even though he was rarely able to perform during the pandemic, Elan continued to grow musically and developed his style further before returning to the stage at Leo Fest 2021, Fourth Cycle Music Festival 2021, and Otherworld 2022 & 2023.

Thunderfeet is a dynamic force in hip-hop, seamlessly merging raw lyricism with pulsating electronic beats to electrify every stage. His music is a visceral expression of personal odyssey, navigating trauma, spirituality, and activism. A trailblazing artist, Thunderfeet captivates audiences of all ages with socially conscious verses and infectious authenticity, transcending boundaries and weaving a narrative of resilience and hope.

As a beacon of positivity, Thunderfeet's lyrics serve as anthems of inspiration and vulnerability. His strength lies in versatility, effortlessly navigating societal issues and self reflection to take listeners on a lyrical journey; where raw meets refined, and positivity becomes a powerful force in the rhythm of hip hop.

Shortly before leaving Ontario Thunderfeet recorded, and released a string of EPs in a six-month span; Lucid Insanity, The Inner Light, and Death is Unity. They’re intensely raw, and paint a portrait of a person struggling to find their place in the world but they gave the world a taste of what is to come. Over the past few years, his music has undergone many shifts and changes but has always stayed true to his authentic self-expression. He continues to release new music and has several projects in the works.

As a writer, Elan has been creating stories since he was a child, and his deep love for storytelling has blossomed into a passion for writing stories that offer insight, and solace to the readers. His creative fiction often explores the depth of the human experience and our relationship to the world around us. His influences include Joseph Campbell, Carlos Castaneda, Brandon Sanderson, Frank Herbert, Jack Kerouac, and many more. This has culminated in his first full-length novel; The Fall of Decadence. It is a tale of finding safety, and meaning in a decaying world, and the first two chapters are available to read for free in the writing section.
